Insurance and form of payment:

Currently we accept Medicare and most private insurances. we accept cash, check, credit or debit card. Also, depending on your insurance policy, you may be able to get reimbursed for a percentage of what you pay us. You will need to submit paperwork to your insurance demonstrating that you had the visits and that you have already paid for your visit. For your convenience, we will provide you with the receipt and the health insurance claim form that you will need to submit for the possibility of reimbursement. Note also that the money you spend for out-of-network health and psychiatric services may count towards your insurance deductible.

Cost: Initial evaluation $ 300. Follow up $ 100 to $ 300 depending on the type of treatment required.

TBS with integrative health care package: $ 120 per day.
